i don't really get customers nowadays. sometimes they just seem to take every simple thing and make an issue out of it. yesterday i was lectured almost 30 mins on how to be a good customer service. she complaint that i was probably new and don't know what she wants. the thing is.. if you want the right answer, ask it the right way! simple as that.


firstly she asked me, what's her insurance policy payment method, and as i'm not from insurance, i asked her to call insurance line. she was like huh? she complaint and complaint non stop and said i'm not helpful. then ask me to check into her acc whether is there any deduction, which i did so. there wasn't any deductions so i asked her whether her policy was deducted annually or monthly or quarterly, she said annually and read to me a letter sent from insurance that they will deduct her acc by direct debit! it was shown in the letter already! she then said i am supposed to check her last year statement on how insurance deduct her acc to confirm on the method of payment, which i also did. she lectu


gosh. people, please... if you want me to do so in the first place, maybe you can just ask "Can you please check for last year, how did they deduct my acc, or whether is there any deductions"...... which i would definitely understand. just straight to the point!


please... if you call customer service, ask the right questions. i can't read your mind! and not just asking blindly and said you're from customer service line and this should be don't that way and not this way.. whatsoever. sigh ~ some people are really ignorance.
