i feel exhausted. strangled till i can't breath. everything haunting me, just as i thought i have completely leaves it behind....

back from buka puase with officemates + halem farewell. really gonna miss him. 

*we were having buka puasa at strudels wangsa maju mall. 

i don't really get customers nowadays. sometimes they just seem to take every simple thing and make an issue out of it. yesterday i was lectured almost 30 mins on how to be a good customer service. she complaint that i was probably new and don't know what she wants. the thing is.. if you want the right answer, ask it the right way! simple as that.


firstly she asked me, what's her insurance policy payment method, and as i'm not from insurance, i asked her to call insurance line. she was like huh? she complaint and complaint non stop and said i'm not helpful. then ask me to check into her acc whether is there any deduction, which i did so. there wasn't any deductions so i asked her whether her policy was deducted annually or monthly or quarterly, she said annually and read to me a letter sent from insurance that they will deduct her acc by direct debit! it was shown in the letter already! she then said i am supposed to check her last year statement on how insurance deduct her acc to confirm on the method of payment, which i also did. she lectu


gosh. people, please... if you want me to do so in the first place, maybe you can just ask "Can you please check for last year, how did they deduct my acc, or whether is there any deductions"...... which i would definitely understand. just straight to the point!


please... if you call customer service, ask the right questions. i can't read your mind! and not just asking blindly and said you're from customer service line and this should be don't that way and not this way.. whatsoever. sigh ~ some people are really ignorance. 

i got the underwater shots! unfortunately, it wasn't me who shot it. so.. it wasn't as good. :P

a bit late... but what the heck.. rite?

i'm now is un-contactable by phone. my hp was damaged while i'm on vacation to perhentian. i accidently dropped it into the sea. ohh my iphone... sigh~ no money to buy new one already. 

so... back to basic.

i was just back from a quick trip to perhentian. 3 days 2 nights. it was short but fun! i was so stressed up at work until i thought i'm gonna lose my sanity. luckily, this trip came along. went to kuala besut, terengganu on friday night at 9.30pm and arrived at around 5.15am. at 8am, from kuala besut, we took a speedboat to perhentian besar where our resort is located, arrived at ar ound 9am. needed to wait until 12pm to get our room! took a quick nap and at 1pm, went snorkeling around perhentian besar & perhentian kecil. it was awesome! the coral is so damn beautiful!

the second day, we went to redang island and lang tengah. have the opportunity to see turtles & baby sharks. nice indeed. rented underwater camera, but the photos are not with me currently. will upload it later.
