being a customer service let me see a whole different perspective on human behavior. human are complex being and what exactly playing in their mind, we wouldn't know. i know for sure, customer isn't always right. most of the time, they are totally WRONG!

i have been curses almost every day by non-thankful customers. they thought they always right and tried to find any other reason to being so. because of the policy "customer always right", we let them be. and because i can't curse them back, i just kept it to the heart.

please... don't be that kind of customer. if you want something, request politely. if you make mistake, just admit. we'll assist you as much as we can. not just to point finger that the bank cheated on you. the bank never cheat. you are the one who is so damn stupid to do what you did.

whatever it is. being rude is never an answer.
