contacted my lawyer today asking them on the SPA. i really need it urgently as i'll be leaving to sarawak this coming 16th. they said it's still pending for BERJAYA justification. i wonder what took them so long.
i don't really know how they processed the thing. what i knew is that the lawyer prepared the SPA than handed it over to developer to recheck that all information is correct, then developer will send it back to lawyer. lawyer will call up the purchaser to sign and stamp. supposedly it has been completed for me to sign at the same time i signed the bank's loan.
seriously, i'm the one who need to chase after these people. the "after sale service" is real sucks!
