saigon trip. 5 days 4 night itinerary :)


day 1


arrived at ho chi minh city around 10am. went straight to district 1, to mini saigon hotel 5. i choose this hotel due to all the rating at www.hostels.com. it was indeed more than what i expect. the location was great, the staffs were even better! after checked in, we went sight seeing. just by walking around. all the way to ben thanh market where you can find all those souvenir thingy. i'm not really into it. we lost our way back but luckily we did manage to find the way.

day 2


took a one day trip to chu chi tunnel and cao dai temple. it was a real bumpy road! too far and someone in the bus vomited and made the bus stopped middle-way! sigh~ it was all worth it. 

day 3


took one day mekong trip to floating market (which siem reap has better than it), stop at a village to have lunch and tour around. 

day 4


city tour. war remnant museum was awesome! it took my breath away to see all the photos. it really sadden me and i can't believed human can be so cruel. literally! 

day 5


took taxi to get around to shopping complexes. it was nice. the price were not so bad. it's quite cheap really.

i'm now in Ho Chi Minh city which as well known as Saigon. the weather was nice, too hot but same as Malaysia. i'll tell about my activities once i get back home. btw, this is the 4th day we are here. stayed at saigon mini hotel and went to chu chi tunnel and mekong river. halal food are easy to find and mostly indian food. will be off for now....

i was working at 4pm yesterday and due to system glitch the day before, i have plenty of pending cases to be monitored. not inclusive of one crazy customer whom just insisting on why the bank doesn't allow him depositing cheque with only english name + surname. crazy asshole. i talked to him almost 1/2 hours. good lord. pls don't make me suffer. how hard can it be to just write your full name? i doesn't take 1 hour does it? customer nowadays becoming more stupid + pathetic. sigh.


right after work at 1pm, went to times square to meet shah, leo & marcus. we did a karaoke session until 5am and sleepover at shah's. around 1pm, went back home, took a shower then was out again with lenard to the curve. the main purpose was to find some kind of screw which i wrongly throw away for the cabinet that i bought. luckily ikea have the screw though was a little too long from the supposedly length. i've found the stuff i've been dying looking for! 


met ina + azizi along the way! OMG, i haven't meet them for ages! the last time was almost 2 years ago. haha. 


gosh... i forgotten to wish roslin's birthday!! sorry babe.! nanti i blanje. happy belated birthday :P

i'm went back to kl on 5th. my flight was scheduled at 8pm, so that i can arrive before 10pm and has time to catch erl. but it was delayed!!! the flight took off almost 10pm and i arrived in kl around 11.30pm. well, i missed erl and the only way to get back is by taxi, which cost me $80! sigh~

i am in kuching. basically i was rushing coming here. my dad was admitted to hospital on 29th april. i asked for 4 days leaves and luckily my line manager approved. my flight was on 30th to kuching and drove 4 hours to sarikei hospital, stayed 2 nights and back in kuching on sunday. i'll be back to KL this coming wed, 5th may. 

my dad was admitted due to critical heart failure. well, now he's ok. he's been discharged yesterday.
