I guess i'll be updating my life's event on quarterly basis, from january to current. from jan to march, nothing much really happening. was working my ass out. the burden of work increasing day by day. it was when i received the love letter (my bonus letter) got me thinking on why did i ever stay there. so, i decided to leave. without any other job in hand, i tendered my resignation on 2nd april 2012, and i got only 3 month to search for another job, to avoid myself getting unemployed. :P

april was the best month ever. i toured europe! i went to paris, belfast (northern ireland) and lastly, london. and then now, i am broke. haha. i went to paris for a friend's wedding. went to a pretty secluded area and lives a few day in a chateau. it was a blast. upon my arrival, the temperature was below 10 degrees! as i was told that it was already spring, i didn't bring any cold weather clothing to keep me warm. i was shivering to my bone! oh by the way, there were four of us attending the wedding, leanor, marcella, nick (the photographer) and me.

from the airport, the only food that i have was croissant, croissant and croissant which was nice, but not filling. i was constantly hungry and we needed to wait for the train for a few hours. it was 4 hours train ride to mont lucon, a very secluded tourist area. most probably we were the only "tourist"!

the view from the train ride was pretty amazing. it's no wonder people easily falls in love with france. when we arrived and waited for a few minutes, nico's sister came to fetch us. nice was the groom by the way. along with her was her daughter, lovely camille. when we arrived at the rented chateau, wellena & her family greeted us with food! we were so hungry and the most luxurious that we had was maggie met. it was heaven for france cold weather!

it felt sooooo good. we were then hang around the chateau to "visit". it was an old france chateau since medieval time.

lovely isn't it? but it do look spooky from the outside. the interior was nice, much welcoming.

 the above is the kitchen;

we were helping with the wedding preparation, which was all self planned by wellena. it was indeed a beautiful & humble kind of wedding with only family and closed friends.

after the church's wedding, whereby the church was located a few hours drive from the chateau, the reception was held at the chateau itself. it was a lovely evening indeed.

the day after, we headed to paris and separated.

i'll get to that tomorrow. :)
