have i told you that i am currently undergoing a training in maytower hotel in KL? nope? well, it's a 3 days training which involved in service recovery, in simpler word, managed complaints. the food was good, location wise, ok, the trainer, well experienced. so, tomorrow will be my last day.
today, after training, went all the way to pavilion to meet ardif, lideng & ida. watch a movie - killer - a rom com which, i wasn't really into it. boring!!!
right after, went to wangsawalk for late dinner.
